A: The cook times listed are optimal for a 700-watt microwave and are the best for ensuring
      the coffee mug cake is not too dry on the inside. You may have to adjust the cook times to

Q: What makes CMC better than other microwaveable mug cakes?
A: Other microwaveable mug cakes tend to have one egg, 1/4 cup of flour and a few
      tablespoons of sugar. Actual cakes, however, tend to use two or three eggs with 2 1/2 cups
      of flour and 2 cups of sugar. Proportionally, other recipes don't make sense! So unless you
      want a super gooey cake, Coffee Mug Cakes is the way to go.

     we make sure you can make a variety of last minute treats without making a trip to the

A: Coffee Mug Cakes was created by Chelsea E. Dodd, a marketing communications professional and baking hobbyist. While Chelsea’s first love will always be cookies, she realized there was a market for cakes that could be made quickly using common household ingredients. She understands, as a foodie, that everyone should be able to create homemade sweets regardless of their baking experience or ability.
